As a first-time visitor to Frankenmuth Independence Village, I
was overwhelmed by not only the facility, but also by the staff. The
entire facility has wonderful surprises around every corner and really
is a beautiful and well-thought-out facility. But what made the biggest
impact on me was the smiling staff. Every person I saw smiled, said
hello and stopped to talk. And they did this with no only me, but all
of the residents as well. That initial impression was really great and I
know that anyone who lives there is not only well taken-care-of, but
also is seen as a person… too many times residents can be viewed by
staff as a thing that has to be dealt with. The impression I got from
the staff at Frankenmuth Independence Village is that they really care
and take extra steps to make sure that each resident is given the
attention they deserve!
