Each apartment home features generous closet space, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and bathrooms with walk-in showers, handrails, grab bars and a 24-hour courtesy staff.
At The Harbors, many residents also choose to receive personal care services to assist their particular needs. Although these services are available in other areas of Independence Village, The Harbors’ special design makes providing them most economical:

- Daily housekeeping
- 24-hour courtesy staff
- Weekly personal laundry
- Full activities calendar
- Scheduled transportation
Based on their specific needs, some residents also receive on-site personal care services provided by independent caregivers.
